Item never delivered. Created a tracking number on the 10th , evening of 13th returns my money and says phone was return by USPS because it was vibrating. Who ships a phone turned on? On the refund to PayPal it said sold to Amazon customer. Guess he found some to pay more and dropped me

Phone was in good condition. There were some scratches on the back of the phone that were not noticeable in the photos but can be covered with a case. My only complaint is shipping was delayed more than I was told it would be and took a week to arrive at my house. Other than that phone is good!

The iPhone Xr came well packaged and came just as described!
