Ship speed was slow, I got the tracking number at the end of the two allowed days before shipment from seller is required. But no actual shipment notifications from USPS until the next day, a two day free shipment got here a full week later. But the device is good, as described and working well so far, and that's really what mattered to me. So 4 stars. Thanks.

The device is working fine. The biggest problem is the device is not getting charged with the charger provided with that. If I charge this phone with my Galaxy S5 charger, it gets easily charged even with my external battery bank the phone charging is excellent. Pl. think on this and respond.

Phone was received quickly and in perfect working order. It was nearly in perfect condition besides a few small chips on the plastic frame around the screen, but are difficult to notice. The third party charger it comes with charges the phone insanely quickly, but I've read that the original charger does the same and makes me wonder why it didn't come with the original. Either way, the phone was priced very well, arrived quickly, and since I've been using the phone (which has been a while now, sorry for taking long with the review!) has been working really well and has had no performance issues at all.

The transaction went smoothly and the device is working perfectly fine. If there is any change in the product or any problems that occur later on then I will definitely address it. As of right now the service was great and so was the delivery. Thanks KC!!! :D

Provided a great watch at a great price. The packaging was very good for protecting the item. Would do business with them again.

Hardware arrived as described - Galaxy S7 Gold in good condition and an OMAKER charger.

Issues:
- Device took three days to ship (ordered on a Thursday, "shipped" Sunday).
- Device was listed as UNLOCKED but the phone was carrier-locked when I received it. When asked, seller reported that "upon resetting we accidentally wiped the unlock", which is questionable since in my experience once you permanently unlock a device it stays unlocked. Device was finally unlocked 22 hours later after many messages and Swappa staff involvement, and the unlocked device now functions as it should.

Happy with the phone and happy I didn't need to file a dispute, but this was a very stressful sale and I probably would avoid buying from this seller in the future.

Good seller, great communication - quick transaction. Phone works - appears good to go, T-Mobile says I have to wait 60 days to verify there are no blocks due to non-payment on any financing, so assuming I don't get a rude awakening in 60 days - awesome!

Device was in near new/mint condition. The screen itself was perfect which is most important and the watch band showed not a single sign that it had been worn even once.

The only marks were a few tiny scruffs around the chrome/steel watch housing, which are barely noticeable.

Overall this was a steal at the price listed, would definitely buy from this seller again.

I received the phone in perfect condition with the quick charger, but it would be good to have placed that the front camera does not work.

Just got it. It was shipped on time. It is exactly as advertised. Looks brand new and looks like all original Motorola equipment. My only complaint (and I almost removed a star) is that it was just shipped in an envelope with no protection. I would expect at least a layer of bubble wrap. I think I got a great deal.
