I have not installed the sim yet, but this phone seems to be working. Fast shipping and phone seems to be brand new.

The phone description & details were great, & the seller offered free two-day shipping. The phone was packaged awkwardly but was received in good condition & appears to be functioning well in the first 18 hours. I am confident that the product was a good purchase, but I did encounter issues with the shipping process.

The buyer "shipped" the item 18 hours after purchase by printing a shipping label online. 3 days following this USPS tracking still had yet to show the package had been accepted at the departure post office. In response to my query the seller told me the package was held by the USPS b/c it was "buzzing". Another day later the seller sent me "proof" of shipping in the form of a picture of the package on a postal scale - however the name of the image file included that days date. Likely meaning he had just dropped it off at the post office and snapped the pic, and made up the story about the USPS delay due to "buzzing" package. I believe the seller is dishonest.

The item arrived on time and was fully functional. It was easy to activate once I understood the process. Seller did say no sim card even though the screen protector indicated it was pre-installed. Also, to remove the sim card, either a special tool is needed or a thin paperclip. But all worked out, new phone is functioning and l like it.
