Good response rate, answered all my questions! I wish it would of been shipped in better packaging and in it's original box with manual included. Shouldn't have been labelled mint condition due to missing original box and manual, but overall, phone is in perfect working condition.

The phone arrived in two days. All looks good and is good working order. The only issue I noticed with it was a smell of perfume on the back side, which washed off.
It was well packaged. I'm testing battery life which seems a bit weak, but that could very well be my use.

The device arrived just as described, brand new in the box, in a timely manner. I had to get a new SIM card (the one included couldn't be activated), but that was free from my carrier. A great deal and an excellent experience! I highly recommend the seller.

Camera did't work. Was told to contact Sony to repair under warranty. Need a receipt from the seller to even start the process and they couldn't even provide that for me. Phone listed as brand new, but unwilling to help me get a functioning phone or send this one back.

The phone came within two days of shipping, however seller was out of town so I didn't receive it right after purchased like promised. Works great however as a tip when shipping; ship in boxes and not packaged bubble wrap. The wrap seal was broken when it arrived and you could see the item. Thanks!

While the phone was described well and met expectations, I was disappointed in the fact that you get a Moto phone with a Samsung charger and a usb cord that does not charge the phone in the faster AC setting. Instead it charges as USB, meaning it takes a very long time to fully charge. I would have felt better if the posting stated exactly what you were getting.

I gave this rating because. The phone came with a Samsung fast adapter charging cable not the original cable for a Moto X. It didn't have the sim tray key or manual. That wasn't a deal breaker. The phone works like it should, I don't know if its refurbished or not. I'll hope for the best.
