The Galaxy S7 I received seemed new and had a clean IMEI as advertised. The box didn't look new though, when I saw it I thought it was an open-box condition. There wasn't much communication from the seller aside from what I asked before purchasing the phone. Overall I'd say it was a decent first Swappa experience.

Seller lied about the item in question. I was told that the item was "3 months old" when in fact it was only in inventory for 3 months. They decided that didn't need to be clarified. Nowhere in the original ad was it explicitly stated that they were or were not the original owner of the device. When prompted for a refund, they declined. When I submitted an official claim through Paypal, they ignored me. This seller is not trustworthy and I would never do business with them again nor would I recommend to anyone that they purchase from them.

The seller seemed nice and supportive but literally an entire month was just thrown off by this purchase. First, I received the phone late 9 days after. Just like another buyer noted below, the seller offered me an upgrade to a 'new' device because the delay was due to a hold on their paypal account. The phone booted up displaying T-mobile logo but the engraving on the back and the IMEI showed a Sprint phone. The hard manufacturer S/N, not the IMEI, was also missing and I couldn't get it to display it anywhere which was also bit fishy. The phone obviously had been tampered with and would in no way be a 'new' phone like the seller promised. The seller did kindly and honestly offer a refund but it took them over 8 days to email me the return label. They sent the label right after I opened a dispute on Paypal. They didn't let me hold on to the phone until I got a new one so I am still without one. They are really bad on communicating promptly so call them or email them directly.

Got the phone in amazing time, would definitely buy from seller again.

Phone appears to be in excellent condition, communication with seller was great. Only qualm is that they failed to uphold a promise on a delivery date that caused me additional international shipping fees just so I could use an unlocked phone while overseas.

The phone took about a week to get to me due to some mishaps on the seller's end, so they could not honor the 2 days free shipping. As an apology, they upgraded me to a brand new unit, which I was really happy about. I was tough on the seller because I was freaking out that the tracking didn't update at all despite the seller having shipped out the phone at a later date than original, but they always replied back politely. Although it took a day longer than expected to receive the phone, the phone itself makes up for it. It is indeed in pristine condition and is a great phone.

Received with a bad battery and they sent me a replacement which was nice. It took a couple weeks for the battery to get delivered to me but now everything is good.
