Great communication, prompt shipping, product was in better shape than described. In the end, I had to return the device but it was not the seller's fault. The phone was in perfect condition, but my house is in an area with little t-mobile coverage.

If the opportunity arises, I would have no problem purchasing from this seller again.

Edit: Since my wife got this phone (9.5 months ago), it has had an intermittent issue with the SIM card disconnecting and WiFi not working. It happens multiple times a day. After trying a new SIM card, we've just been living with it for a long time. At some point we determined it's a common defect of this model. I believe anybody using this device prior to selling it to us would have been aware of this behavior. Having been not sure of the reason ourselves, we didn't realize early enough to resolve it with the seller.

Phone in mint condition as advertised. Packaging could have been more protective, device was not factory reset, battery at 1% out of the box. More attention to detail would be welcome.

Phone seems fine so far. There was some sort of a gel like substance, possibly rust on the speaker when I took off the back cover, but the phone doesn't seem to have any damage so i think that is nothing to be concerned about. Other than that the phone looks to be exactly as expected and described. It arrived in a timely fashion.

Great phone. Not a scratch on it. The only suggestion for the seller is to upgrade packaging. Padded envelope with 1 layer of bubble wrap is a bit risky. For what I paid, should have been boxed. No harm no foul though. Will do business with again.

The packaging was a little lacking IMHO (wrapped in bubble wrap, in a bubble wrap padded envelope) but it showed up in perfect condition. This was a flawless sale, and I would highly recommend Buymax.
