I will never purchase anything from this company.

The phone I received has a glitch where its audio cuts in and out when making calls.
Instead of a refund or even trying to troubleshoot the problem, I have gotten NO help whatsoever from the so-called "Phone Pros". I will never purchase a phone through them again as they can't even test the most basic feature of a phone before sending it out. Zero stars, two thumbs down for sending a broken phone and either refusing or not caring to troubleshoot the issue

For the first couple of days, the iPhone I received continuously restarted when it was not in use. The problem started to fix itself up until recently, unless I used Bluetooth, where the iPhone would keep restarting anytime I connected to my headphones. Other then that, the phone worked for a week at the most with no problems. Yesterday was when more problems began. Saturday night, the iPhone would go into a hard reboot, where I had to press the volume up/volume down/power button down to get the phone to turn back on. This had never been an issue before, the phone had just kept restarting and I would simply press the power button to turn it back on. Tonight, however, I tried to use the volume up/down/power button technique to turnt the phone back on, and it refuses to do so. It's extremely frustrating to receive a phone from a "trusted" used phone site, and "trusted" used phone seller and see that it has come with a litany of issues that none of my previous phones every experienced.

Unfortunately, this sale was not a great experience... Early on I had trouble with front camera mic not working, and the touch responsiveness was off. Took it to the Apple store genius bar where diagnostics showed that the front mic was indeed not working, and the Apple employee stated that the display appeared to be a "third party display". Granted, it was around the holidays, but it took Phone Pros quite a few days to address my inquiries about the phone. In the end, the seller cordially refunded the money after I returned the phone. I am still waiting for them to refund the cost of return shipping, however. To be fair to the seller, it's possible that they were not aware of phone's display being a "third party display" (based on who they purchased the phone from). Although my experience was negative, my experience may be the exception and not the norm with this seller.

Phone listed as mint but lock button is very loose / the worst customer service imaginable. Please avoid at all costs.

This iPhone was returned to the seller 5 days ago and I still have not received a refund. The seller is giving me the runaround about being patient and waiting for "inspection" and now I have to open up a dispute with PayPal. Terrible seller.

The iPhone was defective, continually rebooting and reporting kernel panics. The Apple Store told the family member I purchased this phone for that if there are more than two kernel panic reports found in settings it's an automatic replacement under warranty. Obviously this iPhone isn't under warranty, but it was getting 20-50 kernel panic reports and system restarts per day.

Also, as noted by other buyers, the iPhone came poorly packaged in a small padded envelope with little protection.

TLDR: Devices are in good/excellent condition, except for the batteries!

I had a really negative experience with this seller. I purchased a phone reportedly in good condition; however, after using it for a while noticed that the battery wasn't really holding more than 2 hours. I checked the battery report in the phone and it stated the battery was in "Serviceable" condition.

I returned it, but the seller claimed it was damaged in that month and wouldn't acknowledge the defective battery. After a long battle with Swappa and Paypal, the seller acknowledge the defective battery, replaced it, and returned the device to me. Now it's working, but it cost me about $25 in shipping and a couple hours in time. The seller wouldn't reimburse any of these expenses. I do not recommend purchasing from Phone Pros because of this experience.

Took 6 days just to Ship and communication was not timely at all. When the device came there was a passcode lock. Had to take it to the Apple store (the seller responded 6days after). Currently the phones battery life only reached 68% and drops to 45 after 5 minutes of use. DO NOT BUY or BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

This phone was in Fair instead of Good condition. It had a good deal more scratches on it than the other phone I ordered that was marked as being in Good condition. The battery on this one is very bad. I will have to replace the battery.

phone speaker and earpiece are working very badly

I tried to unlock the phone but according to AT&T it was never fully paid off. It’s unfortunate that I bought a phone that wasn’t paid off, because now it won’t be functional on another network..

Seller claimed the price was wrong and refused to complete the sale. Very disappointed.

They sold me a phone with a blocked IMEI. This clearly violates Swappa's requirement for selling on this website. I sent the phone back for a refund. I know Phone Pros received it because of tracking number. Swappa staff tried to convince Phone Pros to refund my money, but they refused. I'm having to dispute and escalate this through Paypal. No easy feat.

Poor ethics and dishonest. Sent wrong device that took PayPal to step in. Lack of communication, deception and refunded a lesser amount. Thank you for taking my money.

Battery does not function properly. Phone turns on but will not charge past 1%.

This was the absolute worst experience on Swappa I've ever had. I bought the phone on March 15th. Seven days later, it still has not shipped. The owner of the company was apparently sick or something and could not ship the device. If one person has to approve, ship, or pay out for devices your business has a major flaw in workflow.
Okay, I gave it some more time. No change. I then opened a paypal dispute to get my money back, since they took my money and never sent the device.
I finally got my money back from paypal this week! That's been 3 months since I started the transaction. Stay away from this seller or buyer beware.

The device was defective, talk to the seller and offered me a partial refund and I never receive a partial refund for the damage presented by the device.

Had to give 1 star because 0 was not an option. Seller never shipped the device, refused to refund the money or ship a replacement device. Made false claims that they were working towards a resolution while all along no attempts to deliver on their sale were made. Refused to respond to PayPal resolution process, PayPal forcefully refunded the money a month later.

If I could give them zero stars I would!

I purchased a phone from this seller that ultimately ended up being stolen. After multiple attempts to get it resolved, it took Swappa staff being involved to get them to "allow" me to return it to them for a refund. I still ended up paying the shipping cost back which is ridiculous as well.

Once they had the phone back, they then came up with multiple excuses over and over on why they couldn't return my money. Swappa suspended their account from selling because of this and they still didn't refund the money. It took Paypal getting involved and a claim being filed with them to finally get the refund I deserved weeks and weeks before.

I don't know where they stand with Swappa at this time, but I would highly suggest moving on to another seller. They sold a stolen phone, took forever to allow a return, made me pay return postage, excuse after excuse for no refund, Paypay and Swappa involved for refund. Whole process took over a month!

Cosmetically the phone is in great condition as described, but the seller failed to mentioned that the battery is water damaged ( the white indicator is completely red which indicates contact with moisture. I'm thinking the phone screen was replaced but as well but not a 100% so I'll stick with facts ( The battery is water damaged). If that info was disclosed in the listing I would've purchased a different device if the battery is water damaged most likely the phone was in contact with water/moisture

Horrible experience. S7 Galaxy phone purchased from BuyMax ended up being reported lost/stolen just after a few weeks. I had to send the phone back quickly and wasted $12 out of my own pocket to ship it back promptly. They received the phone but took their time to issue a refund. At this point, I've been without a phone for a while because of them, but they still didn't care enough. BUYERS BEWARE.

The sale was easy enough. The return is where the problem is at. The device was not as advertised, and I returned it. The device has been in the sellers possession for over 10 days, and I have yet to receive my refund. When I inquired about this, I was told they would look into it, and get back to me. Still waiting...

There were problems with shipping, took almost 3 weeks to get it. The seller was not very cooperative.

The phone battery drops from 50% to 0 within a few minutes and must be plugged in, but when plugged in, the battery displays much higher than no battery but was nonfunctional and had turned off by itself a few minutes prior. Overall, battery lasts at most 2 hours and does not appropriately indicate how much battery it holds.

The device that was sent turned out to be leased that was not fulfilled.Took me over Month to get it resolved.Bad service.

Everything about the phone was great, except for the battery life. One minute the battery will say 100% and the next it'll go down to 94% even though it hasn't been used. Tried draining the battery and then charging from scratch but issues with battery life continued. Sometimes it'll go up on battery life too.

Terrible customer service and defected phone. They took a long time to respond to each comment, arguing, dragging out the process, even when they could have shipped it to me in time. Then they refused to rush the shipment, even though it still hadn't sent. I had notified them from the beginning that I needed to receive the phone before a long term trip. When I finally got back, the package was at my house, and I found that the phone had a broken stylus (not mentioned in their description) and a lot of cosmetic damage. To return required another month long dispute with PayPal. I finally won the case. But I also had to pay for shipping for the phone, and BuyMax promised me a very small amount of money for shipping the product late, which I still haven't gotten.
