Phone Pros

The item arrived quickly and intact. But it began having technical issues a couple months after purchase, including the screen showing glitches and the phone randomly restarting. Eventually they became too much, and we bought a different phone. Don't know if it was because the phone is an older model or it just traded hands too often in its lifespan.

Phone ordered April 21 and arrived May 1. Phone is in fine condition. In short a quality phone but very slow shipping by Swappa Standards.

Device was in the condition that the seller posted. Overall satisfied; Unfortunately, I could not use the device as I could not unlock it as I couldn't obtain the information needed for the unlock from the seller. I ended up giving it away...

Great phone! Packaging could have been better. Recommend that the seller ship using another method with better tracking.

This phone was in Fair instead of Good condition. It had a good deal more scratches on it than the other phone I ordered that was marked as being in Good condition. The battery on this one is very bad. I will have to replace the battery.

phone speaker and earpiece are working very badly

I tried to unlock the phone but according to AT&T it was never fully paid off. It’s unfortunate that I bought a phone that wasn’t paid off, because now it won’t be functional on another network..

Seller claimed the price was wrong and refused to complete the sale. Very disappointed.

Shipping was late

Horrible experience. S7 Galaxy phone purchased from BuyMax ended up being reported lost/stolen just after a few weeks. I had to send the phone back quickly and wasted $12 out of my own pocket to ship it back promptly. They received the phone but took their time to issue a refund. At this point, I've been without a phone for a while because of them, but they still didn't care enough. BUYERS BEWARE.

There were problems with shipping, took almost 3 weeks to get it. The seller was not very cooperative.

The phone battery drops from 50% to 0 within a few minutes and must be plugged in, but when plugged in, the battery displays much higher than no battery but was nonfunctional and had turned off by itself a few minutes prior. Overall, battery lasts at most 2 hours and does not appropriately indicate how much battery it holds.

Everything about the phone was great, except for the battery life. One minute the battery will say 100% and the next it'll go down to 94% even though it hasn't been used. Tried draining the battery and then charging from scratch but issues with battery life continued. Sometimes it'll go up on battery life too.
