Buyer: The phone was supplied with a poor battery that needed to be replaced immediately. The seller suggested software to use to verify the battery functionality, so was aware that software existed. The seller could have used that software to confirm the battery functionality prior to selling the phone, rather than foisting it off on us.

Buyer: Bought a mint iPhone 6 from buymax, when I received the phone every port, switch, speaker, etc was covered in lint. To the point where the phone would not charge. The front camera was blocked by something under the glass. I was told the phone was "triple checked" When brought up. After cleaning the port I got the phone to charge. The phone could then not be activated on the advertised network because it was not a phone for that network. After shipping the phone back and buymax receiving it, it took 48 hours to receive my refund. (Maybe the only positive of the experience, even though 48 hours is still quite long)

Do not buy from buymax, unless you want to receive a phone that isn't what was advertised and then told it was "triple checked" after bringing it up.

Phone has a flickering problem, doesn't 95% of the time, but it sucks when it does happen. Emailed Samsung, and they had me call AT&T, it was still under warranty, so they sent me a refurb. But if they find damage with the other phone they'll bill me. Didn't see and physical damage, and the water sensors didn't show it had water damage. Hope it was just a hardware problem.
