After testing phone I discovered it was not 100% functional. Seller was unable to replace phone in time for my overseas travels and unwilling to provide a discount for phone which was not fully functional. Because of delays in communication, I was forced to travel with partially functional phone. I explained to the seller that I would be satisfied if they simply gave a small refund so that I was paying a fair market price for partially functioning phone, but seller refused to budge.

Seller's quality control & testing is not adequate and their customer response is also not great. I gave them many days to settle this amicably and they refused to respond. I will not buy from them again.

I bought an iPhone from them for my father but he ended up not needing it, and they were kind enough to cancel the sale. Swappa also refunded the sale fee as a courtesy. Both Swappa and Buymax were prompt and polite in communication and in refunding the sale price and fee, which they did not have to do.

the rating should really be 4.5/5. i received the phone and it's in really good condition. only thing i wish was mentioned was that the battery drains really quickly. i suppose i could've asked about the battery condition, but that is also on the seller. with light to moderate usage, i've needed to charge the phone up to 3 times in one day. i now have to spend extra to change the battery (hopefully, i can use the battery from my previous iphone 5s). if not for this, i would have rated 5 stars.

Got the phone, great condition.
I wish the ad said 'for AT&T' instead of simply 'unlocked'
Should have been advertised in the AT&T section.
It Was previous,y used on the AT&T network and I can not get it to work with Verizon.
I have been to 3 Verizon stores and called them on the phone.
This phone won't work with Verizon. I have a $259 iPhone that I can't use and need to resell.
