Seller initially sent wrong phone in error. After some initial communication difficulties and intervention of Swappa staff, seller arranged a free return via FedEx and immediately shipped a mint condition phone that fully matched the specifications in the original Swappa listing.

I would buy from this honest seller again as they did their best to successfully rectify an unfortunate situation and came good in the end with the phone I purchased. This seller seems to understand the meaning of "customer service".

The phone was in EXCELLENT condition!! However, the phone was completely dead when it arrived, I didn't receive tracking information until the day before it was scheduled to be delivered and it took an entire week to get the phone, 7 days!! The seller really needs to work on COMMUNICATION!! I sent a few emails and I never received any type of response until I submitted a claim....

Seller sent the wrong phone. Was listed as Mint and it wasn't. After working with Swappa, it was discovered that they had sent the wrong phone. Seller had good communication, but I was unable to use the phone for 2 weeks until everything was figured out. A portion of the purchase price was refunded to make up for the wrong phone in the wrong condition listed.

Excellent experience working with swappa and this seller!! After several bad used phone experiences on other sites, I am glad to find someone honest to deal with. Highly recommend this seller!! Thanks again!!!

The Iphone 5s i got was incredibly beautiful for a good condition Iphone. It was well kept and only had a few smudges on the side that wiped off instantly. No problems with the phone so far! I love that it came with the charging cables. The delivery went well until the day i was suppose to get the delivery, but i got it the next day (This is USPS's fault not the Seller).

One thing that MobileSource could of done better was communicating with me through the sell process. I felt like i was n't talking with anyone. Also i didn't get the IPhone Box that they said they would include on an older comment.

Overall i would buy from this seller again! :D Thanks!

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy SIII on a Friday, the device was shipped that day via USPS and I received the device on the following Monday. Device was just as the seller described. I was able to activate on Ting right away. Had no reason to communicate with seller as the process went smoothly so I can't rate seller on quality of communication, but everything else went great!
