Phone was not at all in "Mint Condition". Power button is depressed and speakers are blown, absolutely terrible communication from Seller to Buyer. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

Phone had an issue with the keyboard (physical keyboard) and seller paid to have device shipped back to them and provided a prompt refund. Disappointed sale didn't work out but can't blame that on seller, and they went above and beyond to get me my money back. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Seller had an issue with processing my order in a timely manner, but offered to make up for the mistake by overnighting the package. Seemed like an inadvertent error. Item received was exactly as advertised.

The shipping was fast, and the phone was exactly as described. If there were no problems, I would be giving this 5 stars. However, by my own fault, I picked a device that I couldn't activate on my carrier. Though the seller had no obligation to refund my money, I asked anyway, just to see. After more than a week, I did not receive any response, even to just say no. That doesn't give me confidence that this seller would take care of issues for anyone else. Again, I wasn't expecting anything more than a response to my messages, but I got nothing.

This took almost 2 weeks before I received the item after payment. There was no communication on their end after my inquiry. The screen was in excellent condition as listed, but there were noticible dings around the charging port and in the upper corn of the phone. Still the phone does work well and had no problems activating it.

Ordered item September 2 2016 16:57. Received item September 10 2016 13:05. Never received shipping information from the seller via Swappa. Only knew it had shipped because of PayPal. Battery so dead it wouldn't even charge at first. Power Button/Volume Down works very intermittently. Included Charger is a Samsung 700ma. The original charger for this phone is a 1.8 Amp however.

Rest of phone appears to be in good condition as described and shown in photos. Clean IMEI and all other functions appear to work. Included USB cord appears to be brand new.

Overall dissatisfied with this purchase from this seller. I have already replaced the Power Button / Volume Button flex cable, restoring full functionality to this device. Otherwise I would have requested a replacement device/refund.

We were very concerned when we received the package. Mailed in bubble envelope. Everything is fine. Just got set up, but seems to be working well.
