device wasnt as describe so i prefer not to buy from this seller.

After multiple attempts to have the seller resolve the missing power cord and charger, they still haven’t sent me anything. Swappa got involved and the seller keeps making excuses. I don’t recommend using them due to their lack of trying to resolve issues. Extremely poor customer service.

Horrible attention, 11 days of no response and finally responded when I asked for a refund. So disappointing. As a reseller, this give you a bad reputation with potential customers. Truly upset at this point.

The phone arrived promptly, however, the phone did not arrive as described. In the field indicating any damage or flaws it did state minor dents/scratches and that is ok. The pictures posted depicted this. What bothers me is the phone has burn/light bleed along that bottom of the screen that was never disclosed by the seller. As someone who works on phones, this type of burn and light bleed the display is exhibiting is most common when too much pressure has been applied to the LCD Panel under the Glass Digitizer such as when the screen is replaced. However, having gone through an issue receiving a phone 2 years ago from a Swappa seller that arrived broken, to seek a refund, I'd have to pay out of pocket to ship it back like I did then, wait for the seller to receive it (3-5 days) then wait on a refund (5-7 days). Nearly a 12 day process. I don't have the time or patience to do that again and I have to have a phone for work. So thanks anyway.

Spoke too soon, battery does not last. Won't charge to 100% with multiple cords. Didn't come with headphones. Phone does not feel new, phone gets hot way too easy.

Seller did not ship the device and did not respond to communications via Swappa website. The seller only responded to communication from me when I disputed the transaction via PayPal. Seller ended up refunding my payment.

Worked at first, but a month later the phone started acting like it was possessed. Took it to an Apple Premier Partner, who found it was due to third party screen having been installed and they won't service it, although the Apple warranty would have been good until May. Absolutely zero communication from seller, and Swappa staff advised me to begin forced refund process via Paypal. Disappointing.

Phone was not at all in "Mint Condition". Power button is depressed and speakers are blown, absolutely terrible communication from Seller to Buyer. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

The shipping was fast, and the phone was exactly as described. If there were no problems, I would be giving this 5 stars. However, by my own fault, I picked a device that I couldn't activate on my carrier. Though the seller had no obligation to refund my money, I asked anyway, just to see. After more than a week, I did not receive any response, even to just say no. That doesn't give me confidence that this seller would take care of issues for anyone else. Again, I wasn't expecting anything more than a response to my messages, but I got nothing.

Ordered item September 2 2016 16:57. Received item September 10 2016 13:05. Never received shipping information from the seller via Swappa. Only knew it had shipped because of PayPal. Battery so dead it wouldn't even charge at first. Power Button/Volume Down works very intermittently. Included Charger is a Samsung 700ma. The original charger for this phone is a 1.8 Amp however.

Rest of phone appears to be in good condition as described and shown in photos. Clean IMEI and all other functions appear to work. Included USB cord appears to be brand new.

Overall dissatisfied with this purchase from this seller. I have already replaced the Power Button / Volume Button flex cable, restoring full functionality to this device. Otherwise I would have requested a replacement device/refund.

They old me a phone that never worked and then did not stand behind their product. They clearly did not test this phone as when I received it the battery was already not working well - they did say they would swap that out for me, but then when I went to download and update for the phone, it completely crashed and won't even boot into the iOS - several techs are baffled as to why not - must be that the phone was stolen or somthing sketchy. Bottom line, they sold me a bunk phone that never worked - stay away from these guys.

The phone was in EXCELLENT condition!! However, the phone was completely dead when it arrived, I didn't receive tracking information until the day before it was scheduled to be delivered and it took an entire week to get the phone, 7 days!! The seller really needs to work on COMMUNICATION!! I sent a few emails and I never received any type of response until I submitted a claim....
