The phone arrived promptly, however, the phone did not arrive as described. In the field indicating any damage or flaws it did state minor dents/scratches and that is ok. The pictures posted depicted this. What bothers me is the phone has burn/light bleed along that bottom of the screen that was never disclosed by the seller. As someone who works on phones, this type of burn and light bleed the display is exhibiting is most common when too much pressure has been applied to the LCD Panel under the Glass Digitizer such as when the screen is replaced. However, having gone through an issue receiving a phone 2 years ago from a Swappa seller that arrived broken, to seek a refund, I'd have to pay out of pocket to ship it back like I did then, wait for the seller to receive it (3-5 days) then wait on a refund (5-7 days). Nearly a 12 day process. I don't have the time or patience to do that again and I have to have a phone for work. So thanks anyway.

Spoke too soon, battery does not last. Won't charge to 100% with multiple cords. Didn't come with headphones. Phone does not feel new, phone gets hot way too easy.
