Horrible attention, 11 days of no response and finally responded when I asked for a refund. So disappointing. As a reseller, this give you a bad reputation with potential customers. Truly upset at this point.

This is definitely a good vendor. Originally shipped incorrect phone that had to be sent back before correct phone could be sent. This problem added 2 weeks to delivery time and a drive to fedex office but is considered an ISOLATED incident. The phone received was very good shape and works perfectly. This company did all they could do to rectify problem. Most of the shipping delay due to holiday season. Highly recommend this vendor and I would use them again for a future need.
