Very pleased. I couldn't believe I could find such a great deal online (especially after scouring other sites, including mobile providers themselves and seeing what they charge for the same phone!) so I was skeptical at first. As a first time buyer, I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but this was painless and worry was needless! Phone was perfect, not a single mark on it, just as advertised. Looked brand new, including the power cord that was still wrapped in original packaging. I would buy again from this seller; in fact, I plan on buying new phones for my teen sons soon and will not even consider paying higher prices. My husband is even eyeing my phone and asking for a trade, since mine's a newer version than his and he's still under contract with T-Mobile to pay it off. Ha. I'll be back here in a heartbeat.

Great phone. Like New. Seller did a great job packaging the phone for safe traveling. The only thing I came across that was a little inconvenient was that I purchased the phone on a Saturday and it's possible they didn't get the information about the sale until Monday because it took 2 days for the seller to answer a question I had about the phone and to ship it (that said they shipped it priority and I received on Weds!). Very happy with the phone.

They old me a phone that never worked and then did not stand behind their product. They clearly did not test this phone as when I received it the battery was already not working well - they did say they would swap that out for me, but then when I went to download and update for the phone, it completely crashed and won't even boot into the iOS - several techs are baffled as to why not - must be that the phone was stolen or somthing sketchy. Bottom line, they sold me a bunk phone that never worked - stay away from these guys.
