This is a little late, but the phone was a piece of crap. The camera was defective, including the lens falling off early on. The buttons were barely responsive. We just had to get rid of the phone because the microphone stopped working.

First received a phone that was locked to a different carrier, had to send that back and I bought a different phone from the same seller that was on the right carrier to allow for cross shipping. Seller did not offer to provide pre-paid label back and finally refunded shipping costs per swappa's rules after asking twice. Refund on phone sent back was very fast. Both phones looked brand new, they definitely were top quality. The seller came through with the phone I needed. It wasn't the smoothest transaction, but I got good value on a nearly new phone, that's a thumbs up to me.

If I could, I would give them -100 ratings!!
Sent me a completely faulty phone with speakers that didn't work at all (worked with bluetooth earphones in, but no speaker function at all) and also quite a bit of lag after being set up the first time.
Slow to respond to messages and slow with refund.
Very unhappy with these guys overall.

Took a little longer than expected( totally usps fault)The seller was great at helping me when I had issues receiving the phone. When I got the phone it was in great condition! But then I turned it on... you can DEFINITELY tell the screen has been replaced. My sister grabbed my phone and said “omg what it wrong with your screen” honestly, didn’t notice until she said something but I’ve been using it for a few days and the upper right hand corner of the screen is glitching.. there’s little dots all over the screen. When I go to a different app or webpage you can see the one I was on before it until I disappears on the screen, it’s hard to explain but im Definitely just using this until I buy another one.
