This was not the best experience we have had using Swappa. The seller did not send the phone when originally stated, then followed up three days later stating it had been shipped, then stated two days later there was some confusion and the phone would be shipped that day (finally got USPS notification that device was en route 2 days after that). So, after purchase, it was 8 days until the phone was actually on its way to us. I requested overnight shipping when the error in sending the phone was discovered, which the seller agreed to, but ultimately did not send it overnight. All in all, this was a stressful and long process and I am just grateful that we finally have the phone (which was as described).

Sold me a phone, marked the phone as shipped, then the sale was cancelled the next day for no real reason. I missed the chance to buy several other phones, and prices have since gone up. Going to look elsewhere now, i'll avoid this seller in the future.

Works great and my phone was shipped quickly and even arrived a day early. A few scuffs on the screen but not noticeable when phone is on.

Phone arrived late but that's not the fault of the seller. For some reason, the phone arrived configured, but resetting to factory defaults was easy enough through settings. +rep

Only issue was a small crack in the camera bump that was not shown directly by seller but it does not impact camera performance or flashlight. They did give it a 9/10 on cosmetic condition so I think that is a fair interpretation of the phone.
