Very straightforward seller, purchasing process was a breeze and way faster than most retailers. I placed my order Friday night, my phone shipped Saturday morning and by Monday afternoon I had it in hand. The device was in better condition than expected.

The phone mircophone or speaker is broke.

Everything works great and phone is in great condition.

Received a phone and the speakers were ‘functional,’ but the quality was garbage. When compared side by side to another phone the difference was clear. Returned the phone and received a refund.

The item was listed as used & good condition but it turns out to be a pooly refurbished device. The seller failed to honestly disclose all information regarding the item.

Phone screen was replaced and never put in listing since being posted on sale. Also since being replaced I can’t use Face ID now.

Phone is great was in almost mint condition. Although I was sent the wrong device the store did make things right in the end and I am happy with the phone I did get...Make sure you check your shipping materials that come with the phone to make sure your device is the one advertised.

Refurbished phone with faulty parts. Dropped the phone from less than 3 feet. Screen was absolutely gone. Contacted Apple, they specifically stated there was unauthorized modifications to the phone. THEY REFUSED TO SERVICE IT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They try to buy cheap phones and repair with cheap parts to make a profit! I spoke to an Apple advisor for over an hour about this. Save your time and just buy a new phone. That is what I’ll be doing if I can get my $600
back!

This item was better than I expected.
