This is a little late, but the phone was a piece of crap. The camera was defective, including the lens falling off early on. The buttons were barely responsive. We just had to get rid of the phone because the microphone stopped working.

Very disappointed in the purchase.

If I could, I would give them -100 ratings!!
Sent me a completely faulty phone with speakers that didn't work at all (worked with bluetooth earphones in, but no speaker function at all) and also quite a bit of lag after being set up the first time.
Slow to respond to messages and slow with refund.
Very unhappy with these guys overall.

The phone screen has far more scratches than the deceptively perfect picture of it on the sale page would lead you to believe.

So-so experience. Phone pictures does not represent some damages.

As other buyers have experienced, I was sent a device with a faulty refurbished screen that was non-functional. They did however, promptly process my return.

The item was listed as used & good condition but it turns out to be a pooly refurbished device. The seller failed to honestly disclose all information regarding the item.

Phone screen was replaced and never put in listing since being posted on sale. Also since being replaced I can’t use Face ID now.

Phone is great was in almost mint condition. Although I was sent the wrong device the store did make things right in the end and I am happy with the phone I did get...Make sure you check your shipping materials that come with the phone to make sure your device is the one advertised.

Refurbished phone with faulty parts. Dropped the phone from less than 3 feet. Screen was absolutely gone. Contacted Apple, they specifically stated there was unauthorized modifications to the phone. THEY REFUSED TO SERVICE IT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They try to buy cheap phones and repair with cheap parts to make a profit! I spoke to an Apple advisor for over an hour about this. Save your time and just buy a new phone. That is what I’ll be doing if I can get my $600
back!

BUYER BEWARE First phone I received had keyboard issues and screen burn. Shipping label was sent the day after I was told it was be. When original phone was shipped back I was told a replacement would be sent on Monday. Then I was told Tuesday. Tracking showed the package wasn't shipped out till Thursday. New phone functions as expected but the whole experience was negative and took almost a month to get sorted out. Not even a month after having the phone a simple 1 ft drop on to carpet broke the screen. When having it taken in to be replaced I was told EVERY part of the phone was off market, cheap and faulty. After spending almost as much as I spent on the phone itself to fix it it finally runs smoothly but SEVERAL parts had to be replaced including the camera since the faulty cheap part seller refurbished it with left a black spot in every single photo I took. Seller is not trustworthy nor responsive. I was never told that the screen had been replaced and that was just the start of i

Prompt shipment and response. But, as it turns out, we were given incorrect information about the phone! When we tried to activate our "Sprint network" phone, at the Sprint store, we were told that the phone is a T Mobile device! After several hours of frustrating phone calls between Sprint and T Mobile, we are back at square one and have wasted 5 days, in our effort to replace my teenager's phone. Not.Real.Happy.

This was not the best experience we have had using Swappa. The seller did not send the phone when originally stated, then followed up three days later stating it had been shipped, then stated two days later there was some confusion and the phone would be shipped that day (finally got USPS notification that device was en route 2 days after that). So, after purchase, it was 8 days until the phone was actually on its way to us. I requested overnight shipping when the error in sending the phone was discovered, which the seller agreed to, but ultimately did not send it overnight. All in all, this was a stressful and long process and I am just grateful that we finally have the phone (which was as described).

Sold me a phone, marked the phone as shipped, then the sale was cancelled the next day for no real reason. I missed the chance to buy several other phones, and prices have since gone up. Going to look elsewhere now, i'll avoid this seller in the future.

Bought the phone for my sister living in a different state. She received the phone but it was not recognizing the sim card. She took it to T-MOBILE and she was told the phone was broken. I wasn't there to know the full details. Id like to return the phone.
