screen has an issue where it will just be black (but on) and when a call comes in, It will stay black and I have to hang up the call in order to activate the screen and return the call back

I still haven't got the phone on because I thought it was unlocked. Can u tell me what to do please

Took a little longer than expected( totally usps fault)The seller was great at helping me when I had issues receiving the phone. When I got the phone it was in great condition! But then I turned it on... you can DEFINITELY tell the screen has been replaced. My sister grabbed my phone and said “omg what it wrong with your screen” honestly, didn’t notice until she said something but I’ve been using it for a few days and the upper right hand corner of the screen is glitching.. there’s little dots all over the screen. When I go to a different app or webpage you can see the one I was on before it until I disappears on the screen, it’s hard to explain but im Definitely just using this until I buy another one.

The phone mircophone or speaker is broke.

Phone has a dead pixel in the middle and 3D Touch is very finicky. However the phone works, the dead pixel is hard to notice and I can still get 3D Touch to work. Besides that everything works great great and am over all contempt with my purchase

Item seems to be in good condition aside from the external speaker which is barely audible.

Phone was not locked to T-mobile as advertised. Ended up being a Metro device. Item was returned and refunded promptly
