The device does mention there is scratches and scruffs but doesn’t include a close up of the bottom or top side of the phone where they actually are. They’re pretty bad compared to the photos, I’ve purchased a phone at fair condition and the frame scratches were about the same on this “good” condition.

Phone was received, but has some minor issues/annoyances. The camera was at one point replaced and the phone recognizes it as not OE, so there is a very annoying notification on the Settings app that can’t be removed. The cameras both seem to function well though.

Unprofessional experience. I was aware the phone was locked, spoke with Verizon and they stated this phone was not paid off and they had it flagged in their system, and phone will never be able to get activated. Seller insisted the phone was fine but no further assistance was provided. Still awaiting shipping label to return the phone, which was requested 2 weeks ago.
