Overall, phone was in decent shape and as advertised. There was one instance of an unresponsive black screen that a hard reset fixed. Not sure if that was software or hardware issue.

This seller sold us a phone that was not fully paid for by the seller. so when we wanted to switch carriers the phone was locked and T Mobile told us that the phone was not paid for by the seller from swappa. This is a fraud.

The phone didn't even last 6 months. I suspect that it was a battery issue. Basically, the battery seems to swell up, causes the phone to bulge and heat up and then it damages the glass beyond reasonable repair.
