The listing said it was from Mint Mobile, but it apparently was from Verizon and the bootloader can't be unlocked. This is disapointing because the phone is in great condition, it just won't be usable for me.

The ad said that it was unlocked. IMEI cleaned. AT&T emailed the unlock code and I was able to use the phone with T-Mobile. I even checked the device if the knox counter was tripped. The software wasn't tampered. I went through all the items of the checklist and everything worked except the phone was missing the liquid indicator inside the phone behind the battery. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase because it the last of the Samsung Galaxy Note series where you can changed the battery!
