Phone was in excellent condition, but was most likely a unlocked foreign phone with a Sprint ROM flashed on it. Marginal business practices. After 2 weeks of hassle with phone company got it up and going.

Phone would not charge (plug in port not working) but was sent to me as fully operational, and the seller would not negotiate a replacement. Time was important to me and I lost almost two weeks without a working phone because the seller would not make it right. They had another S7 for sale for a higher price and instead of exchanging it, they offered me a S6 (instead of the S7 I had purchased) in exchange. Wow. Not good customer service. Returned the phone and was refunded. Would not recommend them if you are hoping for quick service and good customer service as well.

Phone shuts off at 58%. Full charge 3 times and it shuts off at 47%-58% each time. Charge last about 1 hour. Cannot use like this.

I received the phone Saturday and set it up Sunday evening. The microphone will not work. I can use the phone for everything else and can hear people on the other end but they cannot hear me. Nothing works that has to do with voice, the microphone is faulty. I want to return the phone.

The cord sent with phone didn't work, but that's not an issue. I have other power cords. The phone seems fine and as described in listing.
