Battery is burned out, takes ~4 hours to charge and a full charge lasts maybe 45 minutes. It should have been replaced before selling and it's going to have to be replaced before the phone is remotely usable.

Poor experience with the seller. Everything was fine up until I purchased the phone, then they messaged me to let me know the back of the phone had a large crack. Should definitely put some effort into being proactive rather than reactive. This whole situation could have been avoided had they practiced better attention to detail. Instead, it was an inconvenience plus a waste of my time and money. Based on this, I would not recommend the seller.

Call volume is very low on this phone (all other sounds are fine). It seems to be a known problem with the Turbo 2, so I'll figure it out. Otherwise, all's well!

hello Tev Tech. Just wanted to update you. I received the phone after Xmas and a day before leaving for a 2-week vacation. I was grateful to receive it before leaving. The physical appearance was as you described, however, everything else is bad. the phone is slow no matter the wifi source it is connected to. This isn't a deal breaker but the phone dies at 20% charge. For my line of work, this won't work. A friend told me about his site and I went for it due to price and honestly, I felt I didn't deserve a new phone because I kept dropping and breaking them. This LG was placed in a case as soon as receiving it. Not sure what you can do to make it right but thought you should know. There is no way that you could not have known that you sent me a phone that did not hold a charge and dies with 20% battery life left.

Phone was delivered as described, and worked well initially but the back camera stopped working after about a month. Front camera is fine. Factory reset has not recovered it.
