Item was as described

Description says "excellent condition, minor wear and tear," and I did see some discoloration on the silver part of the phone, which didn't bother me. However, what I thought was discoloration were actually chips and crack, as if the previous owner(s) had dropped an unprotected/uncovered phone about a million times. I've gotten phones from Swappa's other sellers that were described as "fair condition" that were in way better condition than this. It will work for what I need it for, but not the condition I was expecting.

The phone was in perfect condition and arrived fast. I wish to return it because this phone is not compatible with my sim card from my phone company. Sprint told me it was unlocked and I might need a new sim card which I paid for a brand new one. It's just not compatible for some reason. A representative at Cricket said that sprints phones are sometimes not compatible with other companies if it's an old phone. If you could accept the phone back and then give me a refund I will buy the unlocked version.

The phone arrived quickly, it's in great shape as described. Only problem was that they sent the wrong charging cable. The seller corrected this by sending the correct one, but I was unable to charge the phone for 5 days after receiving it while I waited for the replacement cable. Overall though, great seller :)

Arrived a day late but works as expected. Transferred the SIM, activated the phone on my wireless account, and it fired up with no issues. Only 4 stars because of the delivery delay.

Great phone that works really well. The only problem was that I had to get another SIM card because I had a NANO and this phone requires a MICRO. This probably should come included in the description to that buyers can be prepared. Which is my fault as well because I should have done research. Anywho, it was sent in a timely manner, received on the date said, and is practically brand new. 10/10 would recommend.
