Phone had bad image burn-in IMO which is against swappa guidelines. Possibly an oversight.
They did resolve the matter very promptly though. Fast shipper, well packaged.
Phone was unfortunately locked for every Sim other than the owners. After complaining Tev Tech immediately transferred the money back to me.
