Great seller. Phone was shipped promptly, but device was in worse shape than communicated. Seller instantly offered no questions asked return but I still kept the device. Would probably be a good idea to include photos of damaged areas next time. Overall I would recommend this seller.

Shipping was very quick and phone was was described. No issues with anything. Not a big deal but charger shipped with it was not OEM and not usb capable. Definitely buyer beware because after I decided to update my phone 4 months later, I discovered that the phone was ROM'd. A bummer since I have no idea what the ROM is now and will be harder to receive updates.

Great communication and device

Good experience. Phone was perfectly functional (did my own stability and sensor tests upon receiving it) and there was no damage to the front screen. However, there was a crack in the glass protecting the back facing camera, although this didn't seem to impact the photo-taking at all. Also, there were significant scratches on the corners of the device, more noticeable with this model as it has red plastic underneath white paint for some silly reason. The phone was rated at "Good," and while the damage was solely cosmetic, is was greater than expected. In either case, good product, no functional damage or worrying damage to important parts like the battery/etc. Came with a charger, charged and activated fine.

I would have liked if they could have told me with certainty if it would have worked with Net10. The only way to do that is with the MEID number. Seller could have gone to the site and punched in the MEID and my zip and told me for sure so I didn't have to risk it. Luckily the risk paid off and I have a good phone at what I feel is a great price. Shipping was more than fast enough especially considering it's three days till Christmas.
