Received the device as described in working order and in good time. I had no issues and if I had issues I had no reason to believe the seller wouldn't have helped out based on past reviews and other information provided.

EDIT: I said originally 'I had no reason to believe the seller wouldn't have helped out' - and I stand by that. I had some issues with the phone (no fault of theirs) and they worked with me a great deal to help me in my situation and offered me several alternatives.

Phone wasn't unlocked as advertised. Had to get it unlocked my self. The cable doesn't support Data transfer when hooked up to the computer. finger print reader is a bit touchy. Doesn't work all the time. I have tried with clean hands.
