Phone was in pretty good condition. Works fine so far. Got an unlocked AT&T phone instead of T-Mobile. It's just a little annoying that I can't uninstall or turn off some AT&T apps unless I root it.

Customer service is horrible from this seller. I am having to bring phone back to myself and sell to recover my money as seller does not honor 30 day warranty. Also good luck getting them to actually even respond. You can take your chances with them but I will NEVER do business with them again.

The phone came in excellent condition given the price, however the accessories that came along (cable + charger) are cheap Chinese knock offs which is a thumbs down.

I am quite pleased. The phone arrived sooner than I expected. I was a little apprehensive about buying a used phone, but it looks great, and works well.

The good: the phone arrived fast
The bad: phone was described as mint condition but had light scratches on the screen and the finish on the back cover was rubbed off in one place. Good condition would have been accurate.

I was waiting until I could get to T-Mobile to be sure the phone worked. Everything went well. The phone is as nice as was advertised, and actually arrived one day ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with my first purchase through Swappa.

I purchased two iPhone 5 s and they were in very nice shape, however, I am disappointed. One of the phones has a battery that is awful. I have it fully charged and without using it the battery will die within 8 hours. The other phone we got is actively used and the battery remains well charged. I contacted Swappa/the seller and was told they only check to make sure the battery will take a charge they don't check to see if it will hold a charge. They did tell me I could send it back and they would give me a new battery. That is pretty inconvenient as I would have to be without my phone for more than a week. The phones were shipped quickly and we had them within 4 days of purchase. They do look like brand new phones.

The worst online transaction I have ever made. After 2 different phones and 2 weeks I still have a device that I would rate as fair. This company replaces parts with junk and does a shoddy job at that. Mint condition to them isnt anywhere close to the Seappa standard. Inspect your devices carefully folks.
