Found out that the phone was missing battery shields and some other parts after receiving it. I tried speaking with the seller for a partial refund (before my 30 day warranty was up) and he stopped replying to my emails.

Device was listed as in "very good" condition with very little notice of wear. Also stated scratches would be "very small." None of this was the case. I received a phone that had very large swirling scratches all over it. When I reached out to the seller, they indicated they felt the listing and description was accurate even though I posted photos of the large scratches. They eventually allowed a return.

This sale was for a “new” iPhone X but the device I received was opened from the box and did not look new. It was taken through the initial setup wizard and packaged back in without factory resetting it. The device also had a tiny nick at the bottom right side corner immediately next to the screen which seems to be caused by someone popping off the glass screen. I was ultimately able to return the device and get a full refund.

Device arrived with a damaged sim card tray (a piece of the tray near the ejection hole is broken off, but still functional) This issue wasn't listed in the description and seller didn't post a picture of that side of the device. All the other sides of the device had pictures posted, but not the sim card tray, which I assume was to hide this imperfection.)

I bought this cell phone listed in "good condition" I received a phone with a screen that was not attached properly and cracked within a couple of days. When I took it into a local shop to be repaired, the technician informed me that the screen broke because it was missing BOTH SCREWS that held the phone in place at the bottom. When she opened it up to replace the screen, she found that the inside screws and guards that held the chips and mechanical places intact inside the phone were totally MISSING. I told the seller about this, to which his reply was that "he sold a thousand phones a month" and didn't have time to inspect each one before shipping them out. Um, excuse me? You are the seller, and whether you sell one, or a thousand, you should stand behind each one you sell. I'm unhappy with his response, and especially the time, money, and effort it took for me to get my phone fixed after I received it.

Phone in decent condition. It could have been cleaned a little better before shipping to me. Needed Next Day shipping and they did it. Shipping company messed up and it was a 3-4 day ship. Seller refused to work with the shipper to refund the money. Spent $35 that was not refunded. This is a part of doing business. They should have refunded my money.

Item description is very very very far from the condition of the real item. I received an iphone 6s that wouldn't charge, I returned it asking for a replacement and seller semi "fixed" the problem and sent the same phone back. Of course I was running into a similar charging issue. Seller did take the item back and refunded the money but wasted a lot of my time.

Received 16GB iPhone 6S instead of 64GB. Requested help through Swappa but seller was unresponsive for 3 days. Filed a claim on Paypal which finally got a response (they said they weren't receiving notifications from Swappa). Seller offered a return shipping label instead of offering to swap the phone for what I had ordered. Asked that they issue the label. My current phone had died so I bought another one on Swappa. After that purchase CellPhone Doctor offered to swap the phone for the 64GB, but of course it was too late. Won't be buying from CellPhone Doctor again.

So VERY disapointed. My son saved up for weeks to buy a new cell phone. Phone arrived yesterday. Looked great, set everything up and it worked briefly. This morning it just says “searching”. Notified seller who advised me to go to the AT&T store to check the SIM card. Spent over an hour there this morning and was told that the phone is the problem. I purchased from this seller because of his excellent ratings. Now I’m sending the phone back and have a VERY disappointed child who is out a phone and his hard earned money until he is refunded for his purchase. Buyer beware!

Update 3/17 - sent defective phone back 4 days ago. Have had no further communication from seller. Have not received a replacement phone, tracking on a replacement phone, or refund from seller. My child remains without a phone or his money to go find another phone. Very disappointed!

Phone came quickly but headphone port was broken and did not realize this till after the 30-days and will now not receive any compensation and will have to get a new phone. Took the phone to an Apple store and they said that the headphone jack had been stripped and had been that way for awhile, meaning that the phone had come with it already broken. I was happy with using Swappa but very disappointed with the seller and will not buy from this seller again.

Good service and product provided with one major exception. The charger they sent with my phone was not the one shown in the product pictures. Not only was this misleading, but the charger they provided me with caused serious issues with the phone. I had to spend money on an actual good charger and throw away the piece of junk they sent me. Contacted them about it and they would not provide me with the charger they used in the pictures. That is not satisfactory customer service in my opinion.

I purchased a phone from this seller on Wed. It's now Friday and I just received word that the phone does not work. Although I appreciate the immediate refund on PayPal, a hold was placed on the refund. So, I will probably not see that money for a week.
It's frustrating that the phone was not tested *before* it was placed for sale. In fact, I believe that the listing provides that the phone works.

To summarize: Seller is slow in communication, did not completely honor their policy (owes me money), or send devices in condition as claimed.

First phone did not match any of the pictures from the posting. I sent it back, shipping was covered. Received second device. Back camera was foggy and unusable. Not at all "mint". Sent it back and said I'll try once more. Seller did not communicate device was received nor that it was sending me a different one. Again, the new device had a camera that was foggy. Sent it back. I paid for return shipping three times and only received reimbursement for two of them. They said they would cover all three. This took over a month and a half to work out. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Two stars for at least refunding most of my money promptly, but still communication was bad and now I am out money for misrepresented products that I never kept.

The worst online transaction I have ever made. After 2 different phones and 2 weeks I still have a device that I would rate as fair. This company replaces parts with junk and does a shoddy job at that. Mint condition to them isnt anywhere close to the Seappa standard. Inspect your devices carefully folks.
