Device was like new. Everything was as described. Shipping was semi fast, could have been faster but since the shipping cost was paid by the seller i cant complain. Overall great experience.

Device came in a week after I ordered it. Was a struggle to receive any communication from the seller. Asked for a tracking # for days, and when I finally got that, it was an invalid tracking #. Device then came in with an obvious dead zone on the touch screen. Seller gets two stars for being prompt in agreeing to refund the item, yet again hardly any communication from the seller again. Swappa staff was great, but there is only so much they can do. I understand issues can arise, and no one is really at fault. But, communication is essential especially when there is a problem. I would not buy from this seller again.

The phone was delivered in the condition promised but the phone reeked of cigarette smoke. Next time I'll ask a seller if the device comes from a smoker. Yuck.

Phone was shipped quickly and priced right, however, it arrived with a very noticeable, even "feel-able" scratch on the display glass - even though the seller had stated that there were "no noticeable scratches" on the screen when asked.

I am very pleased with the phone. The device was as described with a few small, cosmetic scratches around the edges. However, the screen is in excellent condition and overall I couldn't be happier with the device. The seller was efficient and protected the device very well during shipping.
