- The phone works as if it's been refurbished. I'll click one part of the screen and It'll click somewhere else. Sometimes it won't click at all. I keep trying to restart the device or lock and unlock it in hopes that it'll quit. Sometimes the speaker makes this crunching noise like it's something in it. If the phone vibrates or makes a notification sound I'll hear it. It's disappointing. I really was excited for this phone and it's come to me mediocre. It looks beautiful. Really no superficial damage at all but I'm not sure the functionality will allow me to keep it. I think I'd rather not have a phone for a while.

Everything checks out. The phone is a little more banged up than expected from the pictures, but will be in a case and the screen is fine, so it's all good on that regard.

My main issue is the very poor battery (lasts half a day with minimal use) -> reason for deducting a star. Thank you for the phone.

I received my phone within a week of ordering! Came in fantastic condition, and even included a screen protector (which I don't believe was in the description). Came just like the pictures. I was actually surprised at how nice the phone was considering it was only listed as "good" and not "great." I would consider this phone as almost-like-new condition. Very pleased overall.
