Recieved phone with cracked frame, when it was not listed as such. Seller asked for photos, recived photos stated USPS cracked it and they would refund when they recieved the phone. Sent phone 2 day mail, and seller stated they didn't have access to the mailbox they directed me to ship it to. They would refund me and cover shipping costs when they got access to the mail box. Two weeks later no reply no response. Had to file paypal dispute to get my refund. Seller then lied, stated phone was never cracked, refuses to refund shipping costs, claims they attempted refund twice through PayPal but I wouldnt response. I provided proof they made no such offer. Seller refuses to provide shipping refund that they promised due to this negative review. I was then forced to change my review from 1 star, as per Swappa guidelines 1 star reviews are only for "The seller was a scammer and/or never replied.". While I believe what happenned fits that category I have adjusted my star rating per Swappa

Works as advertised. At the end of the day, I ended up having an issue with the phone, not the kind of thing that the seller could have known about, so no fault on their part. However, the seller was very responsive and understanding. In the end they sent me a return label, and once I shipped it back, they issued a full refund. All in all, I'm very impressed with this seller and will definitely be looking to buy from them again in the future!!
