This phone arrived in good condition but it did not last over 1 year and a half. I'm having trouble with the charge port. Was not expecting this.

Phone is CDMA, so basically worthless to someone like me who uses metropcs, but beyond that service was excellent, item came faster than expected, and the sellers were superb

Previously when I've ordered from Swappa, the phones came with chargers or some accessories. I suppose I should have shopped more carefully, but I don't mind purchasing accessories, and I have USB-C cables from past phones.

Ended up returning the phone do to a manufacturer's defect. The process was easy/fast and I would certainly buy from these folks again.

Wouldn't connect to network, so I returned it and they refunded me

Told me it was a surface pro 7. It was a surface pro 5.

The phone was safely packaged and is in great condition. The only reason I am rating neutral is because the phone was listed as 98% battery health but it is at 93%.

I purchased an iPhone 8 from this seller but the product came not as listed. The seller was quick to respond and sent me a return label for shipping. I sent it out the next day and was told that I will be getting a refund as soon as the item returns to the seller.

Phone in good shape, seller did not respond to my message about a potential defect I noticed that ended up being OK over a month ago, so I'm ambivalent about ordering from them again. Responsiveness is important in an environment where much of the sale is happening "blindly."

item was in condition described and arrived quickly. data was not factory reset from previous owner per attached images is my only complaint. sticker is affixed to back but covered by case so not a big deal.

Phone received wouldn't charge. Had a water in plug indication. Seller made arrangements for return.

Did not receive the correct model phone as advertised which may cause me issues in the future, but I do not want to go through the hassle of returning the phone so we'll see!

The battery seems to draining faster than expected, with all notifications and location services turned on and screen light level at around 20%, battery drained about 2% in about 10min usage.

Neutral feelings about the sale. The picture is accurate to a T! How ever its an Amazon Charging Block. So.. yes the phone is Mint but the box and stuff....Na..O well.

Downsides were: phone didn't arrive fully charged, and although these were written in the description before I purchased it, wish it didn't take an extra day to ship and priority wasn't $5 extra.

Had to return device as it had an unpaid balance. Would have been nice if this was checked this before listing. Took me less than five minutes to find this out. Return process was easy enough.

Overall experience was good. However the product was listed as "mint" but there was a silver scratch on the bottom left corner. I just wish the seller would have disclosed the actual condition of the phone.

The iPhone 6 I received was defective (battery and bent) but ModernMobile was quick, professional, paid for the return, and promptly refunded.

Received phone 8 days after ordering. It didn't even hit USPS system until 3 days after the label was allegedly printed. USPS said it hadn't been dropped off to them until then, that pkgs are scanned within 4-12 hrs of receipt. There was a one-day weather delay on my end, however that didn't impact anything on Seller's end. Never had any other phone take this long on Swappa. Because I desperately needed the phone, which I noted on my original order, I ordered another phone via Express Shipping and also got it the same day this one arrived, so didn't even open this package. Just threw it on the shelf in case we ever need an extra phone. No idea of phone condition.

Item arrived quickly.
Scratches were more significant than I expected, since they can also be seen when the screen is on. I'll probably end up purchasing a new screen and replacing it.
I wasn't expecting a refurbished product, but I wish more care went into making the phone presentable. All the previous fingerprints and dirt were still on the device. The previous owner needs to cut back on the cigarettes - the holes are almost clogged.

Little trouble with the payment but was okay otherwise.
