The phone arrived quickly, which was a positive.
However, just 6 weeks into use, the phone's charging port and aux port are both loose and the company Gadget Traders does not warranty at 6 weeks. Very disappointed with my first Swappa purchase.

Didn’t work like it should have

Seller was confrontational and rude, did not communicate in a professional manner. The condition of the item sold went against swappa policies ie not as described. Filed a dispute with Paypal, while they did settle in my favor, I opted to keep the device. All in all, a negative first experience and soured me toward utilizing the platform altogether.

Arrived ahead of schedule, in really good condition and was definitely an unlocked phone. Would definitely purchase from again. Update: The charging port isn't working very well and not charging even with brand new charger. The charging port looks damaged and it wasn't by me.

You sold me a iPhone that was not only unlocked but it was blacklisted. I am very unpleased with this

We bought a Samsung Note 8 and started having some battery issues with the phone. It wouldn't charge when it first came, but we didn't take it as a big deal. It started to work fine but after 6 weeks, we started having some serious issues. The phone would blackout, wouldn't charge, the battery also swelled up. We tried contacting them via Swappa and their email that we found on google. There was always a limited response. We had to ship the phone back to the Seller at our own cost and thankfully, they issued a refund for our money back.

Brand new phone wouldn't charge nor power up. Seller did refund me my money but would not issue a return label and I had to pay for shipping. I should not have been charged since the phone did not work. I would not purchase from Seller again.

Bought this phone less than a month ago and it's dead. I've been using iPhone for years and never had a problem, bought an expensive protective case for this phone and was super careful. $113 straight to the garbage!!!

Phone was defective upon arrival. After trying to get it to work for hours I finally was able to turn it on. Gave it as a gift and it again wouldn’t turn on. Very disappointing and embarrassing. Will be getting another phone elsewhere.

The phone is randomly glitching out and will randomly shut itself down. It will be totally fine then all of a sudden the screen goes black. The phone always has a decent battery percentage when this happens. It shut down 6 times within a 30 minute period and would only turn on if plugged in. The battery had over 40% charge left. Very unsatisfied with the phone and hope maybe there could be something done to fix the problem.

Not a great seller, had issues with device and was given no help. Ended up trading in device to apple to put this seller behind us.

This phone arrived to me as a locked At and T device. I had to spend additional time and energy unlocking it during the busy holiday season. Didn’t appreciate this. Would caution future customers from purchasing a phone or be prepared to unlock it. Didn’t hear from the seller at all.

This phone was not an AT&T phone as advertised. This phone was still under contract with Consumer Cellular and had to be returned.

Overall happy with speed in delivery and specs on phone matching. Not happy that phone shipped with no vibrate function with no mention of defect in ad. Would buy again from seller, but be more cautious of the condition listed.

Item was described as 'Mint' but arrived with extensive erosion in the aluminum frame around the phone and camera as well as a dent in the camera glass. Definitely NOT mint condition and wasn't a phone that was handled gently or protected in a case. The description was not accurate and the sale price should reflect that

I was sold a phone that stated Sprint, but I've been messing with Sprint for over a month and they keep telling me to contact the seller and that the phone is not compatible with Sprint. I left a rating asking for help because there is no Contact Seller Button. I gave them a good rating initially but no one has reached out regarding my request. Now I'm stuck with $140.00 phone that I haven't been able to user in over a month. I was happy with every other aspect... but this does me know good as I cannot use the product.

Description says "A Scratch". There are WAY MORE scratches. Probably 6 or so that are noticeable and central on the main screen. This phone should be rated "fair" at best. Not "good" as stated. Fully functioning but description not accurate.

Phone arrived quickly and screen was in good condition. The screen calibration is just a tad off in places. This was cheaper than any similar iPhone 7 on Swappa at the time, so I still would have purchased it, but would have been nice to know in advance.

Update: The phone didn't even last 1 year. Very disappointing. It isn't drawing power any more and Apple store said it could not be repaired. Also, the Apple Pay feature never worked and I didn't realize it until later.

They said it was a Sprint phone and when I got it it was locked to at&t. I tried to unlock it and am unable to. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend

Phone initially seemed to be in good condition as described. My daughter just noticed that one corner of the phone is loose. Looks like it might be because of a bad screen repair job. Very disappointed and am revising my feedback rating to show this.

Phone has a financial responsibility attached to it, didn't have communication from the seller for a couple of days.

Recieved phone with cracked frame, when it was not listed as such. Seller asked for photos, recived photos stated USPS cracked it and they would refund when they recieved the phone. Sent phone 2 day mail, and seller stated they didn't have access to the mailbox they directed me to ship it to. They would refund me and cover shipping costs when they got access to the mail box. Two weeks later no reply no response. Had to file paypal dispute to get my refund. Seller then lied, stated phone was never cracked, refuses to refund shipping costs, claims they attempted refund twice through PayPal but I wouldnt response. I provided proof they made no such offer. Seller refuses to provide shipping refund that they promised due to this negative review. I was then forced to change my review from 1 star, as per Swappa guidelines 1 star reviews are only for "The seller was a scammer and/or never replied.". While I believe what happenned fits that category I have adjusted my star rating per Swappa

Bad charge port. You have to move the usb cable just right for it to charge. Would have never ordered if I would have known. I have tried 4 different chargers so it isn't the charger it's the port. Very disappointed

Seller Provided a fake IMEI for the Note 3. I activated an unknown Note 3 and the IMEI didn't match the phone.

The physical description on the phone matched perfectly. Only problem is that I spend 65$ on a plan and sim card and activated a random device which is really good. Someone is getting some free service but I was hoping that would be me, the buyer. Be careful with this seller, I saw trusted and I thought I could trust him. He also accused me of flashing my device when I proved clear evidence the phone imei (on the back) did not match what he send me.

Sold the device I purchased on another network and then didn't notify me until more than 24 hours later... Just unprofessional imo

Device came in a week after I ordered it. Was a struggle to receive any communication from the seller. Asked for a tracking # for days, and when I finally got that, it was an invalid tracking #. Device then came in with an obvious dead zone on the touch screen. Seller gets two stars for being prompt in agreeing to refund the item, yet again hardly any communication from the seller again. Swappa staff was great, but there is only so much they can do. I understand issues can arise, and no one is really at fault. But, communication is essential especially when there is a problem. I would not buy from this seller again.

Phone was misrepresented as having valid AppleCare when there was a third party screen that voided the warranty. Also mute switch didn't work. Beware before buying.

A little less than accurate description of the the cosmetic defects. It has scratches all over the screen but I'm satisfied with the phone.

Could not activate the phone due to ESN issues. Sent phone back for a refund and it took nearly a month for the refund to be sent.

My iPhone just randomly died today and I have tried several things to turn it back on, but nothing worked. So I took it to the Apple Store and had one of their employees and they checked it out and said they couldn't do anything because "third party" had placed their own parts into the iPhone so although it looked like an Apple iPhone; it is not!

sent me the wrong phone, but hey, accidents happen. after a few days, he refunded my money +$20 for overnight shipping so i could get another phone the next day which was cool. However, it took him 11 days to refund what i paid for postage to send his phone back.
