Bad charge port. You have to move the usb cable just right for it to charge. Would have never ordered if I would have known. I have tried 4 different chargers so it isn't the charger it's the port. Very disappointed

This seller was absolutely amazing with how he worked with me. When I received the item it was damaged and he was more than willing to work it out with me in a very civilized and fair fashion. I would definitely work with this seller again!

Phone had bad ESN so I had to return it. Returning it was rather cumbersome and definitely took way more time than it should have. Seller refunded sale after 2 days and return shipping after 5 days. After this experience I chose to purchase an iphone on Glyde instead where they also guarantee a good ESN and do not deposit funds to the seller for 72hours after the buyer receives the phone. Disappointed with this experience with ShreveportPhones and Swappa.
