I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was a complete waste of time and money. I bought this phone strictly for business use and rely on it daily for essential work. The seller disclosed the battery was OEM, which I appreciated, but failed to disclose that the screen had also been replaced—and clearly not with a quality part.

From the first day, the screen showed a strange gray/orange tint when viewed from an angle, like a cheap privacy filter. I initially ignored it, trying to move on. Over time, it became obvious the display was not original, and the quality difference is noticeable and frustrating.

Even worse, the phone has glitched consistently since the first week—freezing, ghost touches, swipes registering incorrectly. I’ve tolerated it out of necessity, but it’s reached the point where I literally have to bang the phone on a table once a week just to get it to respond or stop acting on its own. It's unacceptable and embarassing that swappa verified this seller
