I was disappointed when I received the phone. It was listed as Good which is a generic description that you check to list it. This is the actual description they typed in themselves:

The screen had three deep scratches on the screen. How could that be missed as you could still see them with the screen lit up. I felt that I was on the Right Side but the Seller denied the typed description as 100% Excellent and made me pay for shipping it back. Beware of the description(S) from GreenStream.
