I thought the phone would be completely reset when I got it - it was not factory reset and it still had a Verizon sim card in it. But functionally it seems fine.

Seller was great unfortunately the phone isnt. The battery is useless and doesn’t last even when not being used.

Phone was in fair condition not good, severe scratching on surface and nasty dirty along all edges and ports. Phone works good and has battery level as advertised so i am satisfied with sale.

purchase to delivery was 3 days- ...however after software upgrade the 6S would not power on without charger cable. Also drained fast. The unit would not power up. However the seller was able to refund a part of my expense even though I opened the unit in an attempt to fix it (unsuccessfully)....

The phone appears to be in good condition, but I wouldn't consider it "mint." There are scuffs on the bottom rear glass of the phone, and chips in the paint around the rear lens. This phone should probably be rated (and priced) lower due to this damage.

The phone is in the condition listed and arrived on time. I bought this for my son, however, and he doesn't like this model of Galaxy. He can't play his games on it.

The phone was NOT a T-Mobile as advertised, it was a Sprint, and I would not have knowingly bought a Sprint phone, unlocked or not. I posted a comment in private messages as instructed by swappa but no one ever commented back or contacted me, so I can’t comment on quality of customer service. The phone ended working ok anyway and was in outstanding condition for a phone graded as “good.” Shipping, instructions and activation all went smoothly. I’m disappointed I didn’t get the exact phone I ordered, but overall this seems like a decent company and I would consider buying from them again.

I am disappointed by the quality of this unit. The last one I received was in 'good' condition and looked really good. It showed very little signs of use.

This 'good' condition unit looks considerably different. I take ownership for not looking more closely at the pictures before ordering. I just found your company and ordered 'good' expecting to get the same quality.

I didn't consider the $25 Express charge worth it. Since seller is going to ship the cheapest way (USPS Priority) they should at least get the product to USPS asap, not the next day.

Ended up having to return the device due to activation issues, seller refunded shipping.

Screen had scuffing in the upper right quadrant despite being described as excellent. Seller offered partial refund of $20 which I accepted.

the phone is fine, but seller used USPS priority+ shipping and it took 5 days, which was a lot of $ for it to be so slow.

Fast delivery and working as described

Phone was dirty upon arrival, and software hadn’t been reset. Easy fixes for me, but not what I expected when handling item for the first time.

It is quite good
