I have purchased multiple phones from this seller and have been completely satisfied with my purchases. This phone was listed in Good conditon but I believe it should have been listed Fair. The screen had more than scratches they were more like gouges and plenty of them. I notified Greenstream with pictures of the screen but couldn't even get any kind of response. Otherwise the phone works fine.

I sell iPhone screens on eBay and each screen is graded based on condition. I would describe the screen on the phone you sent me as grade C-/D. Scratches, scuffs and gouging are all present. To mark a listing as "Good" condition with a screen in this poor of shape borders on dishonest. I'm going to have to put on a new screen just to sell it. No offense but you can do better my friend. The product came as advertised in complete working order. The condition of "Good" was accurate as there were not any major flaws with the phone, the screen suffered no burn in and was only marred by expected signs of wear and tear (minor scuffs and scratches, none that can catch a fingernail), and the battery was at 95% health. Shipping was acceptable and arrived when it was expected. Packaging was snug and secure enough for the needs of the phone.

Hello Swappa Users,
I purchased an iphone from the GreenStream seller in Orange County, California late Wednesday night, 27 July. My previous device was damaged and I needed an affordable replacement AND because I am traveling on August 2, I send a note to GreenStream. describing my situation and need.
My phone arrived Saturday, 30 July! And it is so "mint" as the label said it would be.
I could not have asked for better service and responsiveness; I am so grateful. And the phone? More "mint" than rated. The price? At least $150 (or more) less than Craigslistings claiming to be "mint".
Nobody suggested or asked me to write this post but they certainly deserve this appreciation.
