Orders are processed quickly and typically ship within 1 business day after payment is received. All devices are securely packaged and shipped with tracking information provided at the time of shipment. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders to ensure safe delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier transit issues, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Returned items must be in the same condition as originally shipped. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed promptly. Returns that show signs of damage, account locks, user-added passwords, missing accessories, or condition changes may be subject to a reduced refund or denied in accordance with marketplace policy.
