delayed shipping took 3/4 days to send out(advertised next day shipping an was ordered Tuesday(10th). the delivery was fast per USPS was here in 2 days once received. (no complaints there) phone was as describes minor scratches on the screen. Works perfect so far just needed an update

The delivery issue was a headache ordered before Christmas and just getting the package due to the wrong address on the shipping label twice. Tried to send it back to CA but caught it in time from the postal service. I would NEVER recommend Swappa for anything and the staff are helpful either.
