I sent the phone back to get my refund and I have not received it.

The phone is fine. Seller described damage as “none” but there are quite a few scratches on the screen. Shipping was really slow and item was not shipped within the promised time frame.

Sellers damage description was "none". Phone arrived beat to all heck. If it didn't take two weeks to get to us we would have acted faster. Poor all around experience

This seller has been the worst seller I have dealt with in online purchase transactions, period. My iPad was damaged when I received it due to their poor packaging. I sent it back to them and I had to "escalate" this issue with paypal. After 33 days PayPal gave me a refund since they were not cooperative on their own in resolving this issue. They simply ignored it. I highly advise that for your own good, DO NOT transact any purchases with this seller. They do not care about the buyer and a great example of the type of seller to ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

Took way to long to receive product. Took 3 days before even shipping

Horrible seller, zero communication and marks item as shipped even though he only created a shipping label. Item was only shipped 4 days later and took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. DO NOT do business with this guy!!!!

Phone has lots of scratches on screen and housing, not worst what it was paid

After many issues that could have been avoided, item was received in the described condition. But I would not buy from this seller again. Didn’t ship the item on time, and didn’t responded to messages in a timely manner.

Seller provided a tracking # but didn't actually ship the device until 5 days later.

No response to my message left in regards to the return of the phone

I have purchased multiple phones from this seller and have been completely satisfied with my purchases. This phone was listed in Good conditon but I believe it should have been listed Fair. The screen had more than scratches they were more like gouges and plenty of them. I notified Greenstream with pictures of the screen but couldn't even get any kind of response. Otherwise the phone works fine.

I sell iPhone screens on eBay and each screen is graded based on condition. I would describe the screen on the phone you sent me as grade C-/D. Scratches, scuffs and gouging are all present. To mark a listing as "Good" condition with a screen in this poor of shape borders on dishonest. I'm going to have to put on a new screen just to sell it. No offense but you can do better my friend. I was disappointed when I received the phone. It was listed as Good which is a generic description that you check to list it. This is the actual description they typed in themselves:

Phone tested 100% fully functional.
Phone is for Verizon with battery health of 96%

The screen had three deep scratches on the screen. How could that be missed as you could still see them with the screen lit up. I felt that I was on the Right Side but the Seller denied the typed description as 100% Excellent and made me pay for shipping it back. Beware of the description(S) from GreenStream.

Condition looked bad in person. Not accurate phone grade. It had deep scratches that didn't go away with a new screen protecter.

How tf did you average 21h 55m daily screen time

Wasn't really mint at all, which has constantly annoyed me. Definitely had a ding where it was dropped that was very obvious when I received it, and now looking at the pictures, I can see it there as well, so they had to know about it.

What a terrible seller, I had to escalate the refund through PayPal because the seller shipped an iPad in a padded envelope not a box and it cracked in transport. Then the seller only wanted to give a partial refund... PayPal stepped in and saw the evidence and provided me a full refund despite the consistently terrible tactics used by GreenStream.

Run from this USER, his products don't work, he will offer low credits, stall for months in issuing a credit and I won't order a damn thing else from Swappa since they haven't curbed and made this USER accountable. It's such a shame that such poor business is promoted and so this will be my last transaction with GreenStream for sure and Swappa for allowing this USER to pray on folx. RUN LIKE HELL!

iPhone condition was not accurately represented. The battery life is severely depleted and the phone does not charge.

Beware. These devices come with MDM installed. And the seller doesn't even mention it or remove it before selling. Its a scam !!

After receiving the phone all seemed to be well; it wasn't until after 30-45 days that i began to notice that my battery started to drain rapidly, to the point that it wouldn't function without the charger cord attached. This was extremely unsatisfying considering the magnificent description the phone had attached to it. They sold me a trash phone that would work through the 30 day warranty.

Battery life is atrocious and sold as good anyway, unable to return as costs would have exceeded the value of phone......hence I'm caught between a rock and a hard place, very very bad deal!!!

Phone arrived, cosmetically it is in great condition. Unfortunately the battery health is extremely poor. It drains in a matter of hours from full to critical. Running the battery diagnostic on the phone indicates that the battery needs to be replaced. Having bought another phone from swappa that was listed as the same condition, I had higher hopes for this purchase.

Returned item - return was handled well. Was not as described, would not hold charge longer than 10-20 minutes.

The description of the phone's physical condition was not accurate, and accordingly, the price was not a fair one. The phone was described as "near MINT" and in "excellent condition, minor wear and tear." No scratches, chips, or damages, other than "minor wear and tear" were disclosed. However, there are multiple scratches on both the front AND the back of the phone that were not disclosed in the description nor made visible in the photos; surely, with these damages, the phone cannot be fairly described as "near mint" or in excellent cosmetic condition. The kicker though is that there are scratches on the backside--one which goes right THROUGH one of the cameras. So, when I try to take a photo with the widest camera, there is a glare from the crack in the back. I then sent the phone back for a refund and they hassled me about refunding the $8.30 in return shipping.. I only had to return bc they sent me a damaged phone!!

I do not recommend this seller, at all whatsoever. Firstly, they sent me a faulty product. The phone was at 8% and would not charge, despite me trying different chargers. Secondly, when I brought this up, the seller offered me a partial refund of FIFTY DOLLARS for a repair that would cost DOUBLE THAT. When I mentioned that (after having done my research of course) the seller just said: return it. Awful customer service AND product. Find another seller because they DO NOT properly examine their phones, no matter what they might claim.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I bought a phone from this seller, and when it arrived it wouldn’t turn on. The seller insisted that I pay return shipping even though they sent me a dead phone. Will never do business this seller who doesn’t take responsibility for their mistakes again! They were even arguing with Swappa staff! Just CRAZY!

Phone was not as advertised. People could not hear me on calls when used on regular phone mode (only heard me on headphone jack or speaker modes). Item was listed as "Good" & "tested 100% fully functional".
Seller did not provide a return label and then resisted refunding return shipping, even after shipped. Only begrudgingly agreed to do so after repeated involvement by swappa staff pointing to policies & seller's responsibility, threats of paypal involvement, & seller attempting to renegotiate policies for partial payment of return shipping.
Throughout, communication with seller was difficult. Seller often replied only after Swappa staff involvement.
Ultimately refunded all monies, after much involvement by swappa staff throughout.
Do not recommend seller based on my experience. Too much unnecessary aggravation & waste of time, due to their mistake & also their repeated attempts to avoid their responsibilities as per swappa policies.

Seller advertised device as being in excellent and unlocked but was the complete opposite. Device was scratched up and locked to Sprint. Seller did not try to work out a resolution knowing they were in the wrong.

After having initial difficulties with a locked phone. They rectified the situation promptly and went above and. Beyond to correct this transaction. Thank you ! Will recommend

The company was quick with shipping and the refund. However, they sent the wrong model and I had to pay to ship it back. That gave me a negative impression of GreenStream.

The seller is not responsive, in mycase i had to deal with USPS, Police etc, even Swappa help is just go do this etc.

This phone turns off abruptly and unexpectedly. Even when it is at full charge it’ll cut off. I think I would like to return it. Will you take it back for a full refund?

Claimed no damage in the description but there is a sizable scratch on the bottom part of the screen.

Screen was much more scratched than it appeared in photos and the lightning port was defective and had to be repaired.

GreenStream sold us a defective phone that charged to 100% but lost power extremely quickly and shut off during use. I bought the phone for my elderly father and had it shipped to his home far from where I live. He complained about the problems but I chalked it up to user error because of my father's age. I feel bad for doubting him. When I finally had the chance to visit my parents I checked out the phone and verified that we were sold a defect phone. Unfortunately we were just past the 30 day mark so the seller decided to hide behind the policy and not be a person with intergity. All I wanted was to exchange it for a another phone of equal or lesser value. Beware of the phones this seller sells you.

I'm sure this was in great shape when it arrived but the way it was packaged with a padded envelope inside with one side completely open, it slipped out of the package and hit the ground shattering the screen. Ah well, I tried to be thrifty.
