There's a pretty deep hairline scratch on the phone that wasn't mentioned in the description and didn't appear in the photos which I'm upset about but other than that the phone appeared as described and was the correct model I was looking for. Also the seller did take great caution when shipping the device and was well protected wrapped in layers of the packaging bubble wrap. All components also appear to be working correctly. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

The phone arrived in good condition (as listed) within the specified timeline. The seller was super responsive to my basic questions. I had no problems activating the device on my sister's Metro plan using the IMEI and everything is going smoothly.

I tested the Wi-Fi, mobile data, the cameras and fingerprint sensors as well prior to set up. I was also able to download the most recent Samsung Update (Nov 1, 2019) and in the future, I will test to make sure Samsung Pay and other KNOX apps are working.
