My first and last time using swappa. After buying a Pixel, it became bricked after two days. After three days of trying to communicate with seller I had to warranty through manufacturer. Still waiting for refurbished phone to arrive from manufacturer. Swappa unhelpful, uninterested in resolving issue.

Battery says it fully charged, but then phone just turns off at like 85% and you have to plug it back in to get it to restart and it will show like 67% still.

The phone was in much worse condition than the seller specified. There were deep scratches and drop damage all over the phone, and none of them showed up in the pictures.

The seller did however allow me to return the phone and refunded it, although it took them a couple weeks to refund me after it arrived back to them.

I received the phone with quick shipping and didn’t have an issue activating but I highly disagree with the grade of good for the device I received. The screen is FULL of scratches. I left a message with the seller and never got a response.

Physically the phone condition was just as advertised, however, the battery doesn't/can't hold a charge and thus received the "unexpected shutdown message...battery cannot deliver peak power..." message upon first boot up and software update and each time thereafter. Unfortunately, I'll have to replace the battery. I'm sure this is a one off with their quality control so no hard feelings.
