Overall, very pleased with the phone and purchase experience. The phone was shipped and deliverd in a reasonable amount of time. However, I would like to mention the seller advertised the phone as in "Pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear" but there were a few minor signs of use, such as slight scratches on the screen, dust in the ports, etc. Considering this phone was also priced lower than most of the others listed, I still feel it was worth it. Thanks for the great phone!

I ordered an unlocked Note 9 at 8 am on Monday, and received my phone two days later, on Wednesday at 8:53 am. That is Amazon level shipping time, and it is appreciated.
The phone was well packaged and came to me undamaged.

I am suuuper happy with the cosmetic condition of the phone. It was listed as "good" and I can easily say the condition is "excellent".
I slapped my SIM card in and was online and making calls right away.
I have spent a few days using the phone and it is in excellent condition. It immediately updated to Android 10 and Samsung One UI 2.0, bonus!

The charge port, buttons, lenses on cameras, and screen are pristine.
After several days of use, there are no worries about a degraded battery, it holds a charge great.
Headphone jack is tight and works fines, the speakers are not damaged.
The SIM/SD card tray is in great condition.
The S Pen looks brand new, and works fine.
