Original phone arrived damage. No problem, accidents happen. Problems really started with replacement device. Screen was clearly not, "MINT", as described by seller. Seller then was slower to respond. I had to pay return shipping on phone that was not as described. Seller would not refund return shipping. I hope the seller does not continue with this poor service.

The shipment was quick. Came a day earlier than the expected day. A+ for that. Phone was in better shape than I thought. The screen has a few scratches which was why the condition was rated as "good". The body was near mint though. Overall, phone is working as it should. Wouldn't mind buying from them again.
