How do I open a PayPal dispute?
If you have already contacted Swappa Support and are unable to come to a resolution with a seller, you may need to open a PayPal dispute. Filing a PayPal dispute is simple. Log into your PayPal account and head over to the PayPal Resolution Center. Click “Dispute a Transaction” and select the appropriate item to open a dispute.
