All devices bought and sold on Swappa must meet certain quality criteria (no junk devices).
All devices sold on Swappa must have a clean ESN and be ready for activation (we run ESN checks on IMEI number of listed devices).
Rooted and ROM'd devices are welcome on Swappa.
